Under the provisions of the Law on Enforcement and securing of claims, we guide different types of enforcement proceedings for the recovery of financial and non-financial claims and other obligations.

In the context of an enforcement proceeding, we remind debtors to pay depts and fulfil their obligation. We collect data about debtors and their assets, carry out the proceeding of securing the debtor’s assets to settle the dept and actively monitor the course of the enforcement proceedings until the final repayment or termination of the proceeding.

We pay special attention to the cost-effectiveness of enforcement proceedings. Based on the collected data about the debtor and his assets, we advise the clients to use only those executive acts which may, as soon as possible and with minimum costs, lead to debt settlement.
